Yes Ted, the restored version of Metropolis is available on DVD. It was released by KINO, so don't except any subtitutions.

I'm also very sad that you will not be present to watch this film with me.

Apparently Ted knows what "collate" means, because he used it in a sentence. I wish that I could come, in my sweatpants and t-shirt, straight from upstairs with a half-full bottle of wine! I miss the Rena Villa!

Polly, your name is still in the call box, it is almost like you still live here. I really can't believe that you won't come down in sweats with half a bottle of wine, then be forced to borrow a couple screwball comedies and leave early because you need to be at Whole Foods at 8am. These days will always live warmly in my heart.
